Who we are
This website belongs to Trisha Folan RGN, Aesthetic Nurse Wexford, a nurse-led aesthetic clinic in Ardcavan, Co. Wexford. Trisha is the data controller for any details you send.
What we collect
This website has no forms and collects no personal details. When you message Trisha on WhatsApp or Instagram, she receives what you choose to send: usually your name, number or profile, and what you would like to discuss.
Why
To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before providing a service. Your details are never sold or used for marketing without your separate agreement.
Where it is stored
Messages are held by WhatsApp or Instagram under their own privacy policies. Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Clinical records made at consultation are kept separately, as required for healthcare records.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, analytics or embedded social media. Links to WhatsApp and Instagram open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by messaging Trisha. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
